Our JOX goal is 100% satisfaction for you. If the purchased product(s) has a manufacturer defect or does not match the description simply return your order within 30 days of receipt. For your return to be accepted, you must contact our Returns department beforehand (and within the 30 day policy) and be provided with the correct return address and procedure that applies. Please note: Your product(s) must be returned with tags attached, in new, unworn, original condition.
Men's underwear and swimwear are intimate items, whether they are worn or not, we are unable to accept returns for such items. Other products can be returned for a refund OR store credit. Postage and handling are NOT refundable. Customers are responsible 100% for all associated shipping costs!!!
