Return Eligibility
You may return eligible product(s) within 30 days of receipt if:

The item has a manufacturer defect, or

The item does not match the product description
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact our Returns Department within 30 days of receiving your order

You must receive return authorization, including the correct return address and instructions

Items must be returned new, unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags must be attached
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
🚫 Men’s underwear and swimwear are non-returnable, whether worn or unworn.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these intimate items.
Refunds & Store Credit

Eligible items (excluding non-returnable products) may be returned for:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Customers are 100% responsible for all return shipping costs
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the appropriate process based on product availability and warehouse location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
