At JOX Gear, we work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible while ensuring safe and timely delivery of your order. Because we partner with brands and warehouses around the world, shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the product(s) you purchase and where they ship from.

Shipping Locations & Rates

Our inventory ships from multiple warehouses worldwide. In some cases—particularly when shipping from overseas—we are required to use express courier services to ensure reliability, which may result in higher shipping costs.

United States & Canada

  • $7.50 — Most U.S. & Canadian brands

  • $12.00 — Foreign brands shipping into North America

Europe

  • $11.00 — Most European brands

  • $14.00 — International brands

Asia

  • $12.00 — Most Asian brands

  • $16.00 — International brands

Important: Shipping rates are calculated based on the origin of the product, not the destination alone.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Most deliveries arrive within 7 days, depending on your location and shipping warehouse

  • Some orders may arrive sooner

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2–3 weeks

Lead Time Notice:
If a product has a lead time, it will be clearly stated on the product page. Lead time is in addition to shipping time.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • Products being temporarily on backorder

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your local post office or carrier first.


PO Box Policy

🚫 We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Please provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.


Multiple Shipments

Because items may ship from different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.


Out-of-Stock or Pricing Errors

In the rare event that:

  • A product becomes unavailable after purchase, or

  • A pricing error is published

JOX Gear reserves the right not to fulfill the order.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Ship available items in your order

  • Place unavailable items on hold

  • Contact you via email regarding backordered or sold-out items
